Early access begins with a pilot on one of your projects. After the pilot, your team keeps access for a monthly fee.

We agree on the scope, deliverables, timeline and price in writing before work starts.

One invoice a month for usage and subscriptions, and milestone invoices for projects.

Currency: All prices and invoices are in US dollars.
Invoices: Usage is billed monthly for the previous month, with a usage report. Invoices are due within 30 days.
Payment methods: Credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, international wire transfer or check. Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe. Pay an invoice.
Taxes: Sales, use or similar taxes are added to the invoice where they apply.
Metering: Every API request is metered, so each charge can be traced to the requests behind it.
Cancellation and refunds: Cancel a subscription at any time and it ends with the current billing period. See the refund policy.
