Privacy

We use PostHog, an analytics service with servers in the United States, to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll and how long you stay, the site or campaign link that brought you here, your browser, device and screen size, your language, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

PostHog also records sessions, a replay of how pages were used, so we can see where the site is unclear. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings.

A cookie and browser storage hold a random identifier so that repeat visits from the same browser can be recognized.

The details you enter in the request form are sent to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form delivery service.

After you submit the form, we link your earlier and later visits to this site with the email address you gave us, so that we can see which products interested you and follow up in a useful way.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card or bank details on Stripe's checkout page, and they go to Stripe directly. We receive the payment status, the amount, the invoice number, your name and email, and the card brand and last four digits.

When you start a payment on this site, our analytics notes the invoice number and amount, so we can match the payment to your invoice.

We keep invoices and payment records for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests to the site.

We use it to improve the website, to understand which products and solutions interest visitors, to respond to access requests and to process payments. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

We keep this information only as long as we need it for these purposes. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to service@mindcode.cc.
